Refund & Return Policy I Say Yes Salon & Spa®

At I Say Yes Salon & Spa®, every guest receives a personalized luxury experience in a private salon suite. Our services are customized specifically for you, using professional products, advanced education, and over 33 years of expertise.

Because every appointment is reserved exclusively for one guest at a time, we have established the following policies to ensure fairness, consistency, and exceptional service for every client.

Salon Services

Due to the time, expertise, and professional products invested in every appointment, all salon services are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Haircuts
  • Hair Color
  • Hair Treatments
  • Silk Presses
  • Roller Sets
  • Perms
  • Hair Extensions
  • Hair Loss & Restoration Services
  • Makeup Services
  • Bridal Services
  • Scalp Treatments
  • Specialty Luxury Services

We believe in delivering excellence. If you have concerns about your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we may evaluate the situation.

Our Satisfaction Promise

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you believe your service did not meet the terms of the consultation agreement, please contact us within 7 calendar days.

When appropriate, we may offer:

  • A complimentary adjustment
  • A correction appointment
  • Additional education on home maintenance
  • Recommendations to help you achieve your desired results

Corrective services are offered at the sole discretion of I Say Yes Salon & Spa® after an in-person evaluation.

Refunds are not issued because:

  • Hair behaves differently after leaving the salon.
  • Home maintenance was not followed.
  • The client changes their mind.
  • Another stylist alters the work before we have an opportunity to evaluate it.

Product Returns

We proudly offer professional salon-quality products selected to support healthy hair and scalp care.

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Products must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Approved returns may receive:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange for another product
  • Refund to the original payment method (when applicable)

Products That Cannot Be Returned

For health and sanitation reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Clearance items
  • Custom blended products
  • Custom foundations
  • Lipsticks or cosmetics that have been opened or used
  • Personalized beauty products
  • Gift cards

Hair Extensions & Specialty Orders

Hair extensions and special-order products are purchased specifically for each client.

Therefore:

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Special-order merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Hair that has been removed from its packaging cannot be exchanged

Deposits & Retainers

Certain services require a retainer to reserve your appointment.

Retainers:

  • Apply toward your final balance.
  • Are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations outside the required cancellation period.
  • May be transferred one time when rescheduled within the policy guidelines.
  • Help protect the reserved appointment time in our private salon suite.

Emergency situations will always be considered individually.

Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Are non-refundable.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Must be presented at the time of service.
  • Are the responsibility of the purchaser and recipient.

Bridal & Group Services

Bridal services require additional planning and reserved scheduling.

All bridal deposits are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing

Please refer to your Bridal Service Agreement for complete terms.

Medical & Hair Loss Services

Hair restoration and scalp wellness services are educational and cosmetic in nature.

Results vary based on:

  • Medical history
  • Lifestyle
  • Home care
  • Consistency
  • Physician recommendations
  • Individual response to treatment

For this reason, refunds cannot be issued based on treatment outcomes.

Right to Refuse Service

To protect the integrity of our business and the comfort of our guests, I Say Yes Salon & Spa® reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when:

  • Health or safety concerns exist
  • Consultation expectations cannot reasonably be met
  • Abusive or disrespectful behavior occurs
  • Policies are repeatedly violated
